Rhodes Waterside commercial campus is Sydney's best positioned "A
Grade" office space, located on rail and waterfront, right next to
the Rhodes Shopping Centre.
Rhodes Waterdside commercial consists of three
buildings, No. 1 Rider Boulevard, No.
3 Rider Boulevard and
No. 5
Rider Boulevard, with a combined floor space area of 48,200 sqm.
No. 5 Rider Boulevard will comprise 25,209 sqm of office accommodation
over ten levels, situated above a ground level high quality entrance
lobby, located between specialty shops from Rider Boulevard, with
