Walker delivered over 90,000spm of high quality industrial facilities at this estate.
Prominently located on the south-eastern corner of the intersection
of Mamre Road and Erskine Park Road in Sydney’s west, and three
minutes from the M4 Motorway, the 28 - hectare Erskine Industrial
Estate comprises fully serviced industrial allotments with wide frontage.
The first facility delivered at Erskine Industrial Estate was the
$20 million facility comprising 17,000 sqm for Stramit Building
Products.
Facilities for PackCentre, Pickfords, a 9,200 sqm distribution
facility for HASBRO, and TNT Logistics were also designed and constructed by Walker.
Walker also developed a distribution centre for TNT Logistics.
