The Monaro Industrial Estate is 35 hectares of land south west of Canberra in the emerging industrial precinct of Hume. The estate is located on the Monaro Highway, just 15km from the Canberra CBD.
Hume is materializing as a major new industrial hub in the ACT as land in the established areas of Fishwick and Mitchell run short of supply.
