The project involved the construction of a 5,454 square metre printing
facility with a total site area of 22,940 square metres.
The building
was specifically tailored to suit the operations of the client, APN News & Media.
The building
consists of the printing press, publishing equipment and storage
for ink, paper and associated consumables. The design life expectancy
of the facility is to be 20 years.
It is located in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
Walker designed and constructed the facility for the landowner
Grant Samuel.
