Developer speeds up Senibong Cove's second phase to Sept

Johor Baharu: Front Concept Sdn Bhd, which is developing the housing project, Senibong Cove, is speeding up the launch of its second phase to September this year due to the overwhelming response received for the first phase.

Its assistant general manager, Ling Ngie Soon, said the second phase would be built on a 88-acre island site fronting the straits of Johor and overlooking Sembawang across the border in Singapore.

"This is a unique and exclusive development because this precinct will consist of only 144 villas, one of the lowest density projects in Johor in a lush, landscaped environment surrounded by waterways and canals," he said during a media visit to the Senibong Cove site here, yesterday.
