Project Website

One of the largest urban renewal projects in the country, the $2.7 billion Parramatta Square redevelopment will revitalise Parramatta city centre with Premium Grade office space, a multi-level retail podium and civic facilities that reflect the latest global thinking in design, productivity and amenity.

Overview

Offering 290,000 sqm of Premium Grade office & retail space, this city style precinct will transform the heart of Parramatta CBD into a vibrant, cosmopolitan and commercial space, attracting people to the area to shop, dine, work and relax. Chosen for our capabilities to construct large-scale place making precincts and iconic buildings that incorporate cutting-edge environmentally sustainable design, we will deliver 4 towers that follow the urban integration model, placed directly over the major transport, shopping and public spaces of the city.

With an exquisite glass façade and a high performing activated workplace that champions productivity and a flexible work place, 3 Parramatta Square is a prime component within the overall Parramatta Square Development. On the south side of the square, 4 Parramatta Square presents premium commercial spaces with ease of access for workers, customers and community alike thanks to a direct connection to the Parramatta train station. Furthermore, it bestows a Business and Events Centre to cater to the growing needs of our tenants.

Set to become Australia’s biggest office tower and delivering over 120,000 sqm of office space, 6 & 8 Parramatta Square is arguably the most important part of this city-making project. Whilst 6 Parramatta Square offers a highly engaged floor plate of 2,800 to 3,100 sqm, with many atrium configurations allowing for a diverse and functional workplace, 8 Parramatta Square will constitute a modern day masterpiece that will provide unrivalled views ranging from the Eastern CBD to the Blue Mountains over a highly efficient 2,300 sqm floor plate. Each of the towers have been designed in accordance with the industry’s best environmental and sustainability criteria in order to meet the highest Green Star and NABERS Energy ratings.

The wider precinct will feature the 26,000 sqm Western Sydney University Campus (W.S.U) housing more than 10,000 university students annually, as well as Council's civic building which will include a community centre and library all built around over 6,000 sqm of thriving public domain in the heart of the city.

Parramatta Square will accommodate a surging locality consisting of 23,000 workers, and it will see Parramatta City rival Sydney’s CBD, with a total of $8 billion to be invested city wide in buildings and infrastructure over the next four years.
