Appin Valley

Overview

Appin Valley has seen two communities – one existing, one new – come together as one to continue the Appin story. What attracted us to the location is its rural charm, beautiful nature reserves and relative ease of coastal access.

In keeping with its rural surroundings, the community features a large neighbourhood park with playground and luscious green open spaces with a network of walking paths that connect the neighbourhood with the existing township.

On the high street, in partnership with council, a doctor’s surgery was introduced to accommodate the growing community. Our investment in the region also initiated the introduction of Supa IGA which seized the opportunity to open during a time of growth.

Appin Valley has enabled many first time buyers to make that first step onto the property ladder while providing an opportunity for families in the area to upsize or upgrade their property.

The success of Appin Valley has seen us submit plans for the development of a further 282 blocks of land in South Appin. These works would involve major upgrades to existing infrastructure including refurbishment of the Appin main street, Gordon Lewis Oval, restoration of the Appin Inn and the introduction of new cycle ways.
