Overview
Over a 25-year period, Walker will breathe new life into Riverlea, directly investing more than $3 billion for new infrastructure and construction of a diverse offering of homes. Upon completion, Riverlea will accommodate over 12,000 homes for approximately 30,000 residents, with a projected 10,000 new jobs created within businesses in neighbouring employment precincts.
Riverlea is a community-centred development, providing contemporary homes, direct access to major transport links, and a myriad of onsite and local amenities; including, education facilities, retail centres and local business and community services.
Riverlea will be ribboned with walking trails, bike paths and parks and lakes; utilising the picturesque landscapes to create spaces for residents to unwind, socialise and play.
