Comprising two towers with contemporary apartments, lifestyle facilities and retail, this residential enclave was triggered by a multi-million dollar revamp of the suburbs transport infrastructure.
In Westmark we realised the future potential of the suburb of Milton, which has become one of Brisbane’s most well-connected city fringe locations – only 2km west of the CBD. In close proximity to the University of Queensland, this up and coming trendy area and neighbouring suburb of Paddington are renowned for entertainment, shopping, restaurants and café culture, which has attracted first time buyers and young purchasers, investors and international students.

Situated on the riverside, Milton and Paddington are known as the little corner of Europe within Brisbane – 2km from the CBD. Milton is a commercial district in its own right, with office precincts, lifestyle and medical facilities all within 10 minutes of Westmark. Out the front door, the renewed Milton train station, bus corridor and local ferry terminal connect to the CBD, South East QLD and beyond.
