Platinum connectivity wins workers back to the office
Walker Corporation is leading the way as the first privately-owned real estate owner in Australia to obtain a WiredScore Platinum certification for its Collins Square precinct, the highest achievable under the global rating system used to benchmark digital infrastructure.
Collins Square by Walker is helping tenants and their staff improve their digital experience with a significant investment in market-leading technology infrastructure to give unrivalled connectivity.
Emily Carroll, Walker Group Executive - Investment Management said the WiredScore Platinum certification reinforces Collins Square’s reputation for providing the best digital infrastructure in the premium commercial market.
“Connectivity in our precinct is better than working from home and that’s the easy sell our tenants are using to encourage their staff to spend more time in the office,” said Ms Carroll.
“The WiredScore Platinum certification means we have some of the country’s best internet, digital security and virtual office technology which is a win-win for landlords and tenants, and of course for employers and their staff.”
